About Our Referral Program:

The Lion/ne Referral Program allows Lion/ne clients to earn promotional reward credits (“Reward Credits”) toward future Lion/ne consultations by referring friends or family members to Lion/ne. By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions and Lion/ne’s Terms and Conditions and Information Security Policy (both available on our website and incorporated here by reference).

Qualified Referral: Referrers will receive a Reward for each three Qualified Referrals, up to the cap identified below. A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a "Referred Customer" first consultation booking made via the link provided by the referrer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If you didn’t receive your reward just shoot us an email— hello@lionneldn.co.uk—and we'll sort it out for you.

Referral Rewards: For you to earn a Reward as a Referrer, the Referred Customers must book a consultation using the link you provided them with and must not have previously booked a skin consultation with Lion/ne.

Reward Credits: Each Reward Credit will go towards a free L’Essence follow-up consultation (a referrer needs three qualified referrals). 


Eligibility is limited to individuals only. You must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom or the United States.


You are only allowed to email referrals to friends and family members (those people with whom you have a personal relationship). A “friend” is a person with whom you communicate frequently and have met in person before. A “family member” is a person who is your parent, sibling or child or a person with whom you are related through marriage or common-law partnership. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where your friends or family members live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Also, Reward Credits are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Reward Credits cannot be transferred to other people or accounts or used as a gift.

Right to Close Accounts:

Lion/ne reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Lion/ne Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms:

Lion/ne reserves the right to cancel the Lion/ne Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. However, it will not affect your entitlement to use any Reward Credits that you may already have earned, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
