Our Review: A Thai massage is definitely one of our favourite spa treatments. It helps relieve muscle tension, ease stress, boost energy & makes you feel stretched like a yogi. However, this is not a relaxing treatment - be prepared to be stretched in different positions and feel the pressure on muscles that you did not think existed.
For Who: Anyone who loves stretching in general. This is the perfect treatment after a long-flight or post-work out.
Tip: After the massage, make sure to drink a lot of water and try to go to a steam room for 15 minutes to relax your muscles!
