Founded by Ksenia Selivanova and Claudia ‘Megan’ Felton following a friendship that flourished from a love of all things skincare and a frustration of how confusing the skincare world can be. Lion/ne is a unique service which aims to empower both women and men through expert skincare consultancy, cutting through the confusion and clutter.

Megan is a Lion/ne Consultant, and after a long journey to find her own ideal skincare regime that manages her Rosacea and skin sensitivity, she is passionate about sharing her experience and helping her clients to have the same success with their skin.
Megan is responsible for business operations and client relations.
She is certified in CIPTAC Level 4 Skin Health and Lifestyle Assessment and Level 4 Advanced Skin Science. Megan holds an MA in Luxury Brand Management (specialising in the Beauty Industry), BA Human Relations and PGC International Business Practice.

Ksenia Selivanova, co-founder
Ksenia is a Lion/ne Consultant (a.ka skin expert), and is extremely passionate about helping women and men find their ideal skincare regime and empowering them to be informed skincare consumers.
Ksenia manages Lion/ne’s social media platforms, creating visual content and keeping the Lion/ne community up to date with the latest trends as well as business operations. Ksenia has worked previously in the luxury fashion industry, as well as in the hospitality industry.
She is Certified in CIPTAC Level 4 Skin Health and Lifestyle Assessment and Level 4 & Advanced Skin Science, holds an MA in both Luxury Brand Management & Luxury Marketing and received her Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management.

Lena Mahler, Marketing Director
Lena looks after events, partnerships, influencer and performance-based marketing. Lena previously worked on the marketing team at NET-A-PORTER, Ralph Lauren and Jimmy Choo. Lena holds a BA in Fashion Management & Science from the London College of Fashion.

WHAT’S IN THE NAME
Lion/ne, encompasses the French words for Lion and Lioness. The French connection to our brand is a nod to Ksenia’s upbringing on the border of France and Switzerland. ‘Lionne’ was a name given to the movement of women in the mid 1800’s who began to infringe on the territory of men for the first time. The Lionne woman pushed the boundaries and paved the way for other women.
Despite the root of the name, we did not want to exclude anyone from our service or our brand. After all equal rights = an equal skincare regime. Although the skincare industry is popularly known as a female market, that is quickly changing! The slash ‘/’ in the name means Lion/ne is inclusive for all the Lions and Lionesses out there who are ready to find their optimal skincare regime.
